Join COP in Making a Difference
COP: Citizens on Patrol
COP's provide a volunteer service to the Cedar Hill Police department, that frees officers to do what they're trained to do, which in turns, gives Cedar Hill a safe environment.
Our Services
1- Patrol neighborhoods and business with COP cars.
2- Extensive training for new COP members.
3- Assist traffic unit with radar speed assessments in neighborhoods.
4- Free officers from crash sites by waiting for wreckers
5- License Plate Reader (LPR) provides criminal activity data on sex offenders, stolen cars and wanted felons.
6- Handicap Parking Enforcement.
7- Keeping areas clean by removing illegal placed bandit signs
8- Holiday Patrol
9- Summer Burglary Patrol
